One Day Will Change Your Life: The Temple House celebrates Global Wellness Day
(Chengdu, 12 June, 2017) First celebrated in 2012, Global Wellness Day was established in Turkey as the “first” day dedicated to living well, and has now been accepted worldwide. Celebrated on every second Saturday of June, Global Wellness Day successfully drew awareness of how people can lived, eat, and be healthier.
On 10th June, The Temple House invited friends and the media, to explore and experience an eventful and healthy day. From the yoga and tai-chi lessons in the morning, to experiences in MI XUN SPA, and then completing with a healthy meal in MI XUN TEAHOUSE, The Temple House wants to set the trend of choosing and living a healthy lifestyle.
Whilst in MI XUN SPA, the new arrival Spa Director – Ms. Angelia Wu – was also introduced to the media and guests.
There were performances of Chinese zither and calligraphy, as well as demonstrations of MI XUN SPA’s latest products and menu. The guests got to interact with the masseuses, and learned that seeking a peaceful oasis in the heart of Chengdu city is possible via MI XUN SPA.
In closing, guests enjoyed MI XUN TEAHOUSE’s latest dishes from Summer new menu and ice teas. These organic and refreshing vegetarian dishes complete the morning of Global Wellness Day with a positive note.

Global Wellness Day is an entirely not-for-profit day, a social project created by volunteers dedicated to living well. The purpose of Global Wellness Day is to ask the question, even if for just one day, “How can I live a healthier and better life?”, to direct the thoughts of both individuals and society towards “living well” and to raise awareness.
