(Chengdu, 1st August, 2018) Starting from 1st August to 31st August, The Temple Cafe presents its latest afternoon tea collaboration with Lane Crawford., celebrating a new series of fashion trends created by Lane Crawford.

Lane Crawford is unique for its wholesale model and direct brand partnerships in a market otherwise dominated by concession models. This enables Lane Crawford to present its edit with authority in creative store environments fusing fashion, design, art and music, and extend elevated levels of personalised service. This autumn winter, Lane Crawford is promoting 3 major looks of autumn winter trend: Make the Most Out of Plaid, Roam Free in Animal Print and The Allure of Metallic

Inspired by the latest fashion trend, the professional cuisine team of The Temple Café highlights the palatable tea set in said pieces. 9 exquisite desserts are to be presented at 3 different tiers-Top tier contains a Passion Fruit Soft Cheese Cake, Chocolate Roll with Valrhona Crunchy Pearls and Hazelnut Parfait in Mini Cone.

Second tier includes the Leopard Print Macaroons with Raspberry Filling, Baked Apple Cinnamon Puff Pastry and Mini  Chocolate Eclair.

For more savory options, the third tier offers Dark Sourdough, Salmon Tartare, Cucumber Terrace, Foie Gras Mousse Puff, Caramelized Walnut, Poppy seeds and Herb Devil Eggs, Caper and Chervil. Guests may choose from a variety of tea, coffee and fresh juices.

Each afternoon tea set comes with a fashion gift (theme-related boarding check,) prepared by Lane Crawford.
